Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use Storyship apps, websites, support pages, and billing flows.

1. Who we are

Storyship LLC builds creative apps and workflow tools for design platforms, including Canva apps such as Logo Repair and Voiceover Director.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Storyship websites, apps, support pages, billing pages, and related services.

2. Using Storyship apps

You may use Storyship apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of other people. You are responsible for the content you upload, select, process, generate, or insert through our apps.

Storyship apps may run inside third-party platforms such as Canva. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and account requirements.

3. Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of the files, text, scripts, images, designs, and other content you provide to Storyship. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You give Storyship permission to process your content only as needed to provide the requested app functionality, such as repairing a selected logo, generating voiceover audio, previewing results, inserting assets into Canva, supporting billing, preventing abuse, and improving reliability.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload, generate, or process content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
  • Do not use Storyship apps to violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with Storyship services.
  • Do not attempt to bypass quotas, credits, authentication, billing controls, or security features.

5. Credits, payments, and refunds

Some Storyship apps may use free quotas, one-time credit packs, subscriptions, or other paid features. Pricing and credit rules are shown before purchase when paid features are available.

Credits are connected to the Storyship app account used at checkout. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, credits are used when a paid app operation is successfully completed.

If a purchase, credit balance, or generated result does not appear as expected, contact support through our Support page. Refund availability depends on the payment processor, the purchase details, and applicable law.

6. Third-party services

Storyship may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, AI generation, audio processing, image processing, security, and customer support.

Third-party platforms and processors may have their own terms and privacy practices. Storyship is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Storyship apps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that every generated or repaired result will meet your needs.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, safety, security, legal compliance, or product changes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Storyship services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyship will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products, legal requirements, or business needs change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of Storyship after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
