How do I buy Printery credits?
Open the app inside Canva, click Add credits, choose a pack, and complete checkout so credits can attach to your app account.
When are credits used?
Credits are used when you run a paid generation or repair action. Previewing results does not create a second charge.
Do credits renew automatically?
These are one-time credit packs. They do not renew automatically unless a subscription option is added later and clearly labeled.
Can I buy credits outside Canva?
For now, the safest purchase path is to start from the Canva app so checkout connects to the correct app account.
What if credits do not appear after payment?
Return to the Canva app and refresh credits. If the balance still does not update, contact support with the checkout email and purchase time.
